We've been in Cartagena since Friday.  We had a great passage from Cabo de Palos although the entry to Cartagena was a bit choppy.  We knew we had made the right decision to turn back since the marinero that saw us in said the waves had been 4m high the night before.

We parked next to Rafiki (Mark and Barbara) and celebrated Marks birthday with him in the evening.

It was the end of the Audi Med Cup racing week and the beginning of the Romans and Carthaginians festival so the town was busy and there was lots of things to go and see including a 1000 strong march past of Roman and Carthaginian soldiers with the odd barbarian thrown in.  Mar and Barbara showed us around as they had overwintered there last year so we had a great time.
