Peaches and Mexico in the High Country

Another view of the High Country. The horses were turned out just to the right of the picture. Apparently, it is usually brown at this time of year, but like the UK, they had had a lot of rain.
Back through Queenstown and Lake Wanaka next stop. Very touristy, so we passed quickly on....
.... To Lake Hawke’s and The Neck, where we drove down a dirt track off SH 6 to really lovely campsite on the edge of the lake for a very pleasant evening.
